It all depends on your location in US. We send all items via Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances your package is expected to be delivered in two to three business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer.
Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9AM – 5PM PST


If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge.We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] but not received by customers (please see tab below).


We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the US Post website.

Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?

Not receiving any order confirmation email with payment instructions or tracking information? Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. You may also have to whitelist our e-mail address.

How shipments are packaged

All our parcels are sent in small boxes, sent as maxi letters, which allow you to receive whole and uncrushed flowers. It also allows more discretion because you can’t feel or touch the content.

Vacuum packaging option: strongly recommended for shipments outside US it allows more discretion but this does not guarantee that the package reaches 100%.

Do I need a doctor’s prescription to sign up?

To become a member of Green Society,  you do not need a doctor’s prescription! We require age verification, usually with a drivers license to ensure you are at least 19 years old and a resident of US.
